Will I get an email to confirm my order?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add hello@anotherbeautysupply.co.uk to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us

 

Can I cancel/change my order?

We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. This is due to the speed that we ship orders. We are looking at a way to do this in future, but for now we are unable to change or cancel an order once placed.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, due to the nature of our business, refundable items can only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.

Returns can take up to 14 days (longer if purchased via Klarna) to be processed and the funds returned to your bank account.
